I'm going to sign up for Verizon FiOS. I'm trying to decide whether to go without a contract or with a two-year contract. Without a contract, the price lock is only for 1 year.
How is the retention department in grant credits or lowering rates when no contract is in effect?

I think they used to be better. It took me 3 calls to find someone to work a deal out with me recently. As long as you call a few times, they will probaly work out a deal with you
