I actually did purchase organic milk listed in that settlement, so I looked to see what the settlement involved. Here's the summary:
What is this Settlement about?
Beginning in September 2007, the Named Plaintiffs in the Litigation brought multiple class action lawsuits on behalf of themselves and others who purchased Milk Products produced by Aurora Organic Dairy including Milk Products sold by Aurora Organic Dairy under the “High Meadow” brand, Costco under the “Kirkland” brand, safeway under the “safeway Select” and “O Organics” brands, Target under the “Archer Farms” brand, Wal-Mart under the “Great Value” brand, and Wild Oats under the “Wild Oats” brand. The various class actions generally alleged that Aurora Organic Dairy and the foregoing retailers (collectively, “Defendants”) made false and misleading representations and omitted material information about the manner in which the Milk Products were produced and that Defendants had breached their expressed and implied warranties.
The Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals and the district court confirmed that Aurora’s milk was at all times properly labeled and sold as organic, and that Aurora’s milk has been certified as organic by a USDA-accredited certifying agent since 2004. As such, the only remaining action in this lawsuit, which was originally filed in 2007, concerned marketing claims made by Aurora and its customers. Defendants denied and continue to deny all allegations of wrongdoing and liability.
Plaintiffs have decided to settle the claims against Defendants on behalf of themselves and all members of the nationwide Settlement Class by entering into the Settlement Agreement. Please read the Notice for more background on this case.

Thanks OP. We've been buying these brands for years but will only be able to claim the $10 since nobody keeps receipts or proofs of purchase for milk.

One claim per address as usual, or more than one? We've bought lots of Archer Farms, Great Value and O Organics but of course don't keep receipts or POP for milk...
