[Sorry - looks like I posted twice. Please post on the other thread, thanks!]
Hi,
I submitted a rebate for an MSI videocard, about a week ago, purchased through Newegg. The rebate company is "4myrebate".
Anyway, I just got an email tonight saying they denied because I didn't include an "invoice" or have proof of purchase. I submitted an "Order Details" from Newegg with the original rebate, but i guess they don't consider that an invoice or "proof of purchase".
The email said that I "had the opportunity" to re-submit, and the instructions were to click on a link, and print out the presumably "new" rebate and send that in (I now have a printout of an "Invoice Details" from Newegg), but when I click on the link in their email, there are only links to the original rebate form, which asks for the UPC label, which I obviously don't have at this point.
I've emailed them asking how to get the rebate form that I need for the resubmission, but googling around, I'm not hopeful of getting that.
So, I'm posting here, and was wonder if anyone else here has been through this? Can I just click their link, print out that original rebate form, and re-submit it with the Newegg "Invoice Details" but without the *original* UPC? Or, is there another way?

Hi,
I called 4myrebate, and spoke with a fellow named "Matt". He said to just send the form that they have on their website with the Newegg invoice, and that it's ok without the original UPC since they have the UPC scanned on their system already. He also suggested writing "RESUBMISSION" on the envelope.
It's going in the mail today, so I'll post on what happens later.

I got two emails back from them, saying to send the resubmission to a different address. There were actually different mailing addresses in each email, but I picked the one closest to me (east coast).
Resubmissions PO Box 1339 Deerfield Beach, Fl 33443
Resubmission's Department PO BOX 129331 SAN DIEGO, CA 92112
We had already put the letter in the mailbox, but, thankfully, they don't pick up mail until late afternoon, so I changed the mailing address to the former.
Hopefully, that'll work!!

I had to resubmit to 4myrebate and I asked about these two different resubmission addresses. And I was told that either is ok as they share same database. Supposedly, initial submission or early resubmission usually goes to San Diego office and late resubmission usually goes to Floria office. Also, if you talk to customer representative from Florida, then they will give you Florida address and if San Diego office talks to you, then they will give you San Diego address...
