I have been getting this deal every month via email lately. The latest one was a $5 credit for shopping at Rite Aid. I spent $6 at Rite Aid yesterday and last night I got an email from Discover confirming my credit.

Looks targeted, I have gotten similar ones earlier but not this one. At least not yet.
