Does anyone know a good VOIP provider for business? It looks like most providers are simply reselling services from one company or another. A VOIP plan with unlimited USA/Canada outgoing would be perfect.

Who's your internet provider? And are you sure you have a good QOS setup? If you use say comcrap business as your ISP, you might as well go thru them as you can just point the finger in one direction when you have problems. Otherwise, you have to go thru the blame game - VOIP provider, ISP, your IT guy...

The big three (all of them are good) are: voip.ms, callcentric, and anveo. If you want the highest possible quality I would go with callcentric.

What are you using the phone for? Unless you are a call center on the phone constantly, you should be able to get any cheap service (initially in your name) and just use it for the biz. And I've found that your Internet connection reliability is as much a risk to service as the phone service reliability itself.

We are looking to replace traditional land lines with VOIP. 10 users with 10 simultaneous calls.
