for Buy.com it cost $2.95 to place order over the phone~!!! This policy just wrong~!!!

Our Technical Support number is 1-866-629-3893 option 1, from 8:00 AM
to 4:00 PM Pacific Time, Monday through Friday. Before calling, please
have a the serial number of the drive and copy of the sales receipt.
There also logitech replacement part too. |

Good luck with these cats. Just got off the phone with them. Call takes you to India where they only have scripted answers. They still don't know where my order from Sept. 21 that supposedly shipped on the 24th is at. Tried telling me it takes this long or longer to ship mail from CA to IL. They're crazy! It might take that long in India but not here (at least it never has before).
Buy.com has gone to the bottom of my list. |
