Ordered the kit from ALLSUBARU.COM. Do a search on H501SSA040 and add it to your cart. Shipping to Florida runs $12.81 and takes about 7 days to arrive.
This may not be the cheapest price available. It is, however, a complete kit including all necessary parts & instructions necessary to do the job. Some members are getting kits that do not include any instructions. The instructions available on the internet leave out some key steps necessary for proper installation of the mirror in our vehicles.
The rear cupholder and trunk tray are available from your local SAAB dealer or by ordering from their web site.
The Kartboy Short Shifter/Bushing Kit can be purchased from Oakos.com for $120-$125 shipped. The processing and shipping is quick from this site.
Wetokole seat covers will run $225 + shipping. Additional information will be posted when these have been ordered/received/installed by someone.

More information on this tax thing. I called the Dept. of Revenue this morning (can you tell I'm procrastinating?) and here's the REAL skinny.
Highway use tax (the 3% is HUT and not sales tax) is applied on the purchase price after the value of the trade. Now, what can affect the "purchase price" written on the bill of sale is important. (From this page):
Rebate: Rebates are paid to the customer at a later date and therefore not subtracted from the sales price.
Discount: Discounts are issued by the dealer at the time of purchase and can reduce the sales price.
Regardless of what GM/Saab are calling the $5000/6000, according to the DMV, it's a discount because we don't get it at a later date. That means we should not be taxed on it.
If NC residents have been getting taxed on their purchases pre-discount, I can only think of 2 reasons: the dealer is ignorant of the laws or they're doing some funny business behind the scenes. I'll let you know how my visit to the dealer goes tomorrow. Wish me luck!
