Are gas cards back in stock anywhere?

RightHere said:helptnt said:Click this read the first post then click the links posted within it to found out more . NO UNLIMITED gift cards for sears usually 500/750 max per club. But if you look at this message, it doesn't say anything about a limit on max $$$ for sears, just max of 100 cards/year. I assume those cards are at least $20/each.

That is for providian, which in the past 8 months of me following this gift card saga have never seen a way to get into it. I even signed up for a providian credit card... I think it's a hoax

How long does it take to recive the email with membership id after joining 24+?

This thread is going the same way and asks the same questions as all others. It will be the same 50 pages in 2 months...

hantang - you are blacklisted. I don't think any call will help. Use some relative credit card AND address. Try to avoid CSR when you cancel

lostdude - EVG is offered to some targeted Citi/ATT cards online - seems like for those you don't have big utilization

IrateConsumer - GCs are non-refundable since about a year ago. You can use Amazon GCs for all Amazon but not third party purchases

You don't need the e-mail

Just saw Safeway at Gallaria, but can't find Amazon.com

There seems to be NO Safeway stores in my area.

Note: Safeway is not in my Galleria anymore.

You are 100% correct. And until FatWallet moderators allow moderation of questions that can be easily answered by reading, or until people stop answering questions with answers easily obtained, this will continue.

Anyone signed up for PassPortToFun? They charged my credit card the full $199 dollars already upon signup. The others only charged me $1....is this normal? Has anyone gotten the $199 removed after they cancel?

Thanks,
Retro

I have Galleria but there's no Safeway in there.

This is normal if it corresponds to t&c and doesn't contradict any other offers. Does it?

HAHAHAH - you probably used one of the bad links that someone put on this thread. There are links that do not offer the free 30 days trial. See, it pays to READ the terms of service when you are signing up. The current link montreid posted (https://www.membershipme.com/savings.asp?ID=conptaprod001&siteid=ptaindex001) has NO FREE TRIAL.

You can try to get it credited, but many of these sites are moving away from the 30 days trial people of people just scamming them.

Good luck, but then again, it is your fault.

Thanks.

OOS and the usual programs read OP if you don't know where Inventory will come and go. Looks like Amazon runs out faster each time they restock. So, I really wonder if that is FW effect or not. Several people here have reported joining multiple programs and buy $1500-2000 worth of GCs from Amazon at a time. No wonder they're running out so quickly....

As far as the same old questions....you can lead the horse to water, but they usually fail to read the first post! Hopefully, there are less of these questions and not be 50pages worth of junk issues.

Amazon certs can be used for most 3rd party payments. (TRU, J&R, OD, Vitamin world, Restuarant.com). I've done those without problems. There are some that can't though (I believe Nordstrom). I quoted that sometime in the past and will search for it and add to FAQs.

Found it:

Gift certificates must be redeemed through the Amazon.com Web site, http://www.Amazon.com, toward the purchase of products listed in Amazon.com's online catalog. Gift certificates may be redeemed for the purchase of products from third-party sellers through the Amazon.com Web site, except gift certificates may not be redeemed for purchases at Amazon.com Auctions, zShops, and the following merchants: Circuit City, Eddie Bauer, Newport News, Nordstrom, Spiegel, Ultimate Outlet Brands (Spiegel Clearance). Additional merchants may be added. Please check the Amazon.com Web site at http://www.Amazon.com/gc-legal for the most current list. Gift certificates may not be redeemed for the purchase of products through in-store pickup, or at Amazon.co.uk, Amazon.de, Amazon.fr, Amazon.co.jp, Amazon.ca, or any other Web site operated by Amazon.com, its affiliates, or any other person or entity.
# Gift certificates cannot be used to purchase gift certificates or gift cards, such as Amazon.com Gift Certificates, Target GiftCards, or Borders Gift Cards.

EVG terms state that there is a limit of 4 GC per month per store. I joined and placed my first order today through their webpage and it allowed more than 4 to be ordered!(I ordered 10 of several as a test)Email confirmed the amount ordered and the total $.

It will be interesting to see if these actually ship. Anyone else try this?

BTW - EVG has Amazon listed as available.

They'll adjust the order manually...
