I called them and they no longer offered BuySmart. They were trying to get me to sign up some Registry stuff. |

I just applied for the Providian card too -- waiting on whether they will accept me or not --- and now it doesn't matter. |

Good lord, I was just going to start researching what Star Club Rewards was all about...now THAT is gone, too.
First the DealPass programs changed (for the worse), then BuySmart was gone, now Star Club Rewards--I seem to be the kiss of death for every savings program I'm interested in. Sorry everybody! |

I am brand new to the discussion and was wondering what clubs have "current" clubs have Home Depot and Lowes cards and which are the best. I am a current member of mainstreetsavings and today's escapes.
I have gone through about 25% of the recent discussion pages, but having a hard time figuring it out. |

Of the programs I'm a member of, 24Protect Plus and At Home Rewards have Home Depot and Lowes. |

Also, the first page of this thread has stores listed by program, and programs listed by store. I don't know how up to date it is though. |

Does anyone know if the credits post at different times for the (+) programs? I am a member of Shopping Essentials (+) and Today's Escapes (+) and purchased gift cards in late May and still have not received credit for any of the purchases. In the past I have received credits at the first of the month for the old programs. |

I'm still relatively new to DealPass, but from what I understand, if you purchase cards very late in the month (not sure of the exact cutoff), your credits may not post the following month. It may take until the month after that. (So in your case, your credits may not appear until July if you purchased very late in May.) |

I didn't search this, so take it for what it's worth.... But just FYI- If you get Staples giftcards through dealpass programs, you CANNOT use the online. |

That has been the case for a long time. One time my local store exchanged them for me for a 'store' card as the on line purchase was special order not available in the store. Maybe your local one will do that too.

I have the same prob. Most of the credits have been posted back to my credit card, except one purchase I made in very late May. Hope the credit would show up in July. The other thing I noticed is that they posted the credit for May very early (May 1st or 2nd). |

Regarding Staples GCs and online purchases:
For Staples online purchases, my local store allows me to order at the kiosk (using my Staples account) and pay at the register. Hope this helps! |
