Still processing...Same here..received date 07/19/05..ba$tards, holding onto our money now for close to 3 months. well, with this company being the mfr and Buy.com being the retailer, you are hanging on both ends. Just got another denial from Buy.com for another rebate while picking the purchase date as the shipping date rather than from the invoiced date. When will Buy.com fold up ? Who's continuously funding this retarted business ?

I received my rebate a few weeks ago. In fact, I had two (for diff addresses) and they both came.

My rebate is still processing from (7/15/05 receive date) for this and its been pretty much 3 months now... whever I call they just tell me that the rebate was approved but they had a lot of orders for this rebate so they don't know when they are shipping out my check. This is really annoying I'm thinking of filing a bbb complaint to get them to speed things up.

same here. called them and they said it has been approved and cannot tell when it's going to be mailed!

Buy.com knows of the problem. The rebate company has not sent out any of these rebates due to some contractual problem with CP Tech. Just email Buy.com CS and give them your order number and date and they will credit the $9.99 back to your CC the same day.

yup, got it finally..sent out in July. no more CPTech..in fact, thats the way most rebates from rebate-zone are..way too slow..another one of those rebatetatus or that other one in New Rochelle (seems defunct now) style rebate non-fulfilment centers
