i have been asking the forum mods to move this to the 'hot deals' page so that many of us are benefitted.... i have no clue why this has been moved to here...
if u guys also feel so, please ask the mods to put this in that place where IT IS GLARINGLY VISIBLE to ALL OF US.....
All BF deals have been moved to Deal Discussion. I think it is because a) these are all just rumors, and b) keeps it out of the limelight so they are less likely to be sued to remove stuff.

The Excel viewer is for XP / 2000 / NT (I THINK) only... so you whom have not upgraded can get it for Win95(Ithink) and Win98/SE (for sure) here
