I bought a washer from Lowes for around $350; however, their free delivery only applies to purchase of a single appliance over $397. Then, I went to Home Depot and they told me that they will do free delivery for appliance purchase over $299. Is it possible to have Lowes price-match Home Depot's free delivery? In this case, I am thinking that I should get a free delivery for my new washer! Anyone has any experience doing this? Any comments?

Check their terms on the website, but I think they specifically exclude services.

Just let them know it's a deal breaker, they'll most likely give you free delivery.

Interesting. Home Depot states on their website delivery and removal of your old appliance.

Lowes does not even include washers/dryers in their installation services link.

Based on their web-page alone, I'm left to conclude that Lowes does not even offer delivery/removal of any laundry appliances.
