i dont wanna jinx anything, but i've done a couple of PMs since they implimented this and had no problems

They still gladly do pm's, it's just now they will take their rebate (mail in) to determine their (Staples) price now.
They always used the instant to do this.

If you ordered from staple.com with coupon, you may have a problem.
