Hahahaha, seriously, the guys giving out the tickets better watch out for the ppl turning in guns. They might get shot over the tickets.

This is so funny. How ghetto is philly anyways haha. Tickets for gunz. I can see it now, bunch of gang bangers turing in a mac 10 for some cheap seats. Sounds kinda scary to me lol. Surprised the cops don't use this as a tatic to bust people. lol

im not saying its easy to find one someone ditched cause there is always a crackhead or homeless person that will pick it up but there are guns that will pop or explode in your hand that can be found cheap.

Yeah sure no questions asked while they fingerprint the gun and run the serial number. They should have a graduated system the more dangerous the gun the better the tickets to offset the loss. :>
