They've been offering 12 everytime I checked...in fact I've been through that program more than once.

they always allow 12.

7 is your intro package. You get 7 now then you buy 1 and you get the other 4 free. Nice job double checking before posting...

7 free + 1 pay + 4 free = 12 for 1

Don't forget they lose your order, take weeks to straighten it out, and you'll have to re-read multiple credit card bills to be sure you didn't pay twice.

And you have to pay inflated shipping on each one.

If you ARE going to join, join through one of those metarewards programs, or free stuff sites. Like for ipods.

AND if you are in Indiana you get to pay tax (including TAX on the "shipping / handling" charge).

That's only becasue your Indiana State Legislature is trying to keep you from that devil-worshipping rock and roll music. Look how long they protected you from Daylight Saving Time. Man, you could have lost an hour of your life if they hadn't been watching out for you.

Sure the shipping looks high, but you only paid about $4 TOTAL for the disc. Play the averages, people! The only real problem I've expereienced with BMG (besides an inadequate selection of indie-type music) has been the way their snail-mailings are way ahead of their website. I would have to wait a week or so to cancel the automatic selection. A couple of emails got rid of that requirement.
