Didn't see it in the thread, but this is the direct number for the Norcent rebate folks (from a Best Buy Rebate Center CSR)is 800-605-2473. I assume that it is Norcent since that is what the CSR said prior to connecting me to them, but it could just be a clearing house handling that particular rebate ($30 on Norcent CD-RW at Best Buy on BF).

FWIW, an e-mail from team3@cs.rebatestatus.com told me to fax my resubmission to the Email Task Force Dept. for rebatestatus / CPG at (480)606-4313 . I haven't been able to get through on that number ( busy signal all the time ), but that's the number.


EDIT: Late at night I tested the fax number and there was a fax machine that picked up... if only I had a fax machine at home, it would have worked. In any event, the number is valid.
