I would say not less than 5", (could be 6" but not 7") |

If the circular area on the body of the player is a typical cd size (4-7/8" diameter), then the screen would likely be 7" (on the diagonal).
I don't know of many 6 or 6.5" screens, but that's also a possibility |

Looks like a 7" player. The screen is more than 5" across the bottom based on it being longer than a DVD. |

I agree. It looks like its 7", but given that I make websites like this for a living I would say don't get your heart set on getting *that* dvd player. Sometimes we just work with the assets we have on file.. not the actual product images. They have no obligation to to provide the one pictured since they have provided the sell out and substitution clause. |

Fine Print:
Can I resubmit my claim if my submission is deemed invalid?
No. Consumers whose submissions are deemed invalid will not be able to resubmit.
How many times has this happened when your rebate is valid! |

Yeah, the following item in the fine print concerns me also. Basically they can arbitrarily declare it invalid and there is nothing you can do about it.
Can I resubmit my claim if my submission is deemed invalid?.
No. Consumers whose submissions are deemed invalid will not be able to resubmit. |

I don't like the looks of that wording either.
Rebate outfit "We deem thou invalid" Poor consumer - "But......." Rebate Outfit "No buts, you do not comply. Enjoy your $100 worth of overpriced Dockers . Good Bye" |

I imagine this disclaimer is directed at people who did this deal last year & returned their Dockers . I doubt JcPenney would arbitrarily deny rebates. |

JCP's arbitrarily denying rebates?? JCPennys is a foundation of American shopping, in nearly every city, like Radio Shacks for example.... umm.... portable DVD players.... rebates... oh boy... |
