This will be the third Dockers Offer i will participate in. The other two worked out great especially the Tivo one. Spent $100 on clothes (actually at the time there was a coupon deal so got $110 of clothes for $100) 8 weeks later got the free Tivo with 3 months service, fleabayed it for $150 net. So got $110 clothes + made $50 profit. Very nice deal!
I wonder what brand this Dvd Player is?
BTW, i received a $10 off $10 or more JCPenney Coupon in the Snailmail earlier this week which will make a nice addition.

I agree. It looks like its 7", but given that I make websites like this for a living I would say don't get your heart set on getting *that* dvd player. Sometimes we just work with the assets we have on file.. not the actual product images. They have no obligation to to provide the one pictured since they have provided the sell out and substitution clause.
Plus, use a mastercard (jcpenny.com - NOT B&M) for $10 off $49. $10 off $49

Yeah, the following item in the fine print concerns me also. Basically they can arbitrarily declare it invalid and there is nothing you can do about it.
Can I resubmit my claim if my submission is deemed invalid?.
No. Consumers whose submissions are deemed invalid will not be able to resubmit.
Looks like a 7" player. The screen is more than 5" across the bottom based on it being longer than a DVD.
Size does matter - who knew? Great deal, OP, thanks!

I don't like the looks of that wording either.
Rebate outfit "We deem thou invalid" Poor consumer - "But......." Rebate Outfit "No buts, you do not comply. Enjoy your $100 worth of overpriced Dockers . Good Bye"
I imagine this disclaimer is directed at people who did this deal last year & returned their Dockers . I doubt JcPenney would arbitrarily deny rebates.

JCP's arbitrarily denying rebates?? JCPennys is a foundation of American shopping, in nearly every city, like Radio Shacks for example.... umm.... portable DVD players.... rebates... oh boy...
well, the battery no longer holds a charge. It has been sitting unused for a few months. Charged it overnight, but the battery lasts just about 10 minutes.
Now, it's plugged via cigarette lighter between the headrests on the car. But I'd like to a) take out the batt, and if possible replace it.
