Polaroid is strictly a licensed name now, the firm who purchased the rights to the name (solely for the brand awareness) after the original Polaroid went belly up has a terrible rep for licensing it to anyone who will put up fast cash, there's no single manufacturer behind it. The digital cameras sold under the Polaroid brand are dismally bad, I would suspect the LCDs will be too.
Truth be told, I'm sorely disappointed with CCs offerings this year- off brands, big mail in rebates, and no DLP HDTV (was hoping for a killer deal from them). I may actually have to line up at BB this year (groan.....)
Nothing much worth to buy. And it is funny a merchant lists tons of DVDs and CDs as BF deals. Who da heck would line up for hours just for the DVDs and CDs?

Both the laptop and desktop computers seem to be very good deals for about as little money as one could spend.
The 5am opening is nice because it just saves waiting in line for a 6am or 7am opening. Anyone who's going to get any of these items would need to be in line by 5am anyway, so it's that many less people to deal with.
So which would be better - the Olevia or the Westinghouse at BB? I mean, it has HDMI and is firware upgradeable through USB (the Olevia, that is). Any opinions out there???
