Best buy will be opening in 6 hours from now. The problem is that I have to take the bus for an hour and the trip back is an hour. Should I go ay 7 AM, wait from 8 to 9, and go in for the console? Or will there be a long line there already since I am not early enough and my efforts are futile? |

That some consoles are selling for +$30 retail, if that? Go over to HD and click a thread at random. Chances are, the margin for resale will be equal to or higher than the Wii.
Leave the console to those that actually want to play it -- it'll help those that are hunting for it and save you the trouble of selling something that's not worth your time. |

C'mon, who doesn't want to camp out overnight to make sweet $40 on a Wii? It's big business man!
Just drove by BB, 20 or so people with 3 hours 'til open and I'm sure half are going on fleaBay... |

Make sure the games are rung up separately and then return them. |

I stopped by the Best Buy in Westland, MI right about 9AM and they had just given out tickets. They had 52 Wiis and more than 52 people in line (though I'm not sure exactly how many more, since the unlucky people had already left). |

That's quite a few Wii's, I didn't expect them to have nearly as many. It's only 6:30am here on the West coast, hopefully I can get one so I can waste tons of time this week! |

Best Buy in Newnan, GA had 18 Wiis, with 20 people in line...we were #12 and arrived at 8:10AM, tickets were given out @ 9:00AM. Lots of folks arrived just before 10:00AM, asking for Wiis. Now the hunt begins for a classic controller and an extra nunchuck....

I'm in line at the South Coast BB in SoCal. The security guard said there's 63 Wii's but there's 120+ ppl waiting in line for it. Don't go if your thinking of this location. |

Where exactly are these consoles selling for "+$30 retail, if that"? The lowest ones that eBay shows as having completed in the past 40 minutes or so were $370 - $375. Some are still going for upwards of $450. |

There are around 50-70 people at the Roseville, CA store. If you're planning to go now, youre out of luck. |
