Since I have gotten that dreaded RED warning message(s) on two of my Parago status. I called OD about my " Connect SD card $ 30.00 rebate "...Spoke to Customer service and she took my info and said she entered it into OD rebates and that I should receive payment in about 30 days. This is after I mailed PCC about my $100.00 Hanns Monitor rebate. I would advise anyone who has that RED message on their Status to call the retailer that you purchased the product from and explain what is happening with your Parago/Wintergren rebates. Also, everyone should file complaint with Indianna Att Gen. That address and links to forms can be found in the other posts re Hanns rebates. Good Luck

I called the Office Depot customer service number and got transfered to the Office Depot Rebate Center where a supervisor took down my info and said she has entered it into their tracking system and the check should be issued in 30 days.
She also said after a few hours I should be able to see my info on the OD Rebate Center web page for tracking. I will post once I see it.
Keep my finger crossed.

I just did the same, for the Connect 3D card. They took all the details and gave me a tracking number. It will take about 30days from today to receive the check. I hope it goes this smoothly for everyone. The CRS was very polite!!!

Rebate issues about Connect 3D SD, Hanns-g monitor, Apr 03
It is reported that Wintergreen, the supplier of Connect 3D SD, Hanns-g monitor, Memorex DVD, is bankrupt and will not be processing payment on any more rebates. The good news is that OfficeDepot is now taking over the processing of the rebates that were purchased through OfficeDepot (Call 866-541-0284). If you purchased these products at other stores, you should contact your store about your rebates.

I have been checking my CC daily to see when PCConnection sent the $100 credit. Today, 4-12-07 it was there and I'm glad to be done with it.
I't says a lot about dealing with a reputable supplier such as PCConnection. If not for them, I would be out the $100.
We need more federal law enforcement from the FTC. The laws are on the books, but little or nothing gets done.

Bought my Hanns through Buy.com - same rebate issues, but after informing Buy.com of the problem i got this message:
How did you contact Buy.com to get this response? I have an issue with the Connect 3D rebate from them and I just get the run around.

I had a similar issue with a rebate on a product bought from Buy.com. I simply called their corporate office (877-880-1030) and explained the situation. Within 24 hours, they issued a credit to my CC for the amount of the rebate.
