Confirmed at 2 different post offices. The mover's guide with an expiration date of 12/31/07 contains a best buy 10% off card. Each one has a unique upc. Good for phones, mp3, cameras (not slr), some tech, appliances over $499, etc.
the bb coupon itself expires end of jan, 08. it's the movers guide which has an expiration of 13/31/-7, but they're still all over the place in my post offices
From what I'm understanding, you're posting about a 10% off @ Best Buy coupon that expired last year?

The coupon in the mover's guide from my local post office expires 1/31/08. I've been getting them for at least a month now and the coupon hasn't changed yet.
Can it be used on sale items? Most BB coupons can't.

Is this one of the ones we have to do a change of address for or is it something we can just pick up at the post office? Also can anyone confirm if video game hardware is excluded as I'm looking to use this for a PSP, thanks!

There is a newer version available that has May 31, 2008 expiration dates. The outside of the new mover's guide looks slightly different from the previous version. Found it yesterday in Williamsville, NY PO.
In addition to the blue plastic card, it has 2 additional coupons on the other side of the paper, one for 12% off all Panasonic TVs and a second for 10% off any major or small appliance, vacuum or microwave.

I've been picking them up a few weeks ago. The older version expires 1/31/08, the new version expires 5/31/08.

i wasn't very clear in the original post:
the bestbuy coupon expires at the end of january, 08.
the coupon is found in the usps movers guide which has an expiration date of 12/31/07. i guess this is to tell the clerks when to replace the movers guides with newer ones. either the usps folks in my town are lazy, or it really doesn't matter.
