For AMEX presales there are usually two choices. The gold card which requires a password and the regular AMEX card which does not (as long as you pay with AMEX card) For the gold card password just enter "ingold". It works for me and I don't have a gold card, just the regular AMEX card. Better tickets come up with the gold card password, but I notice quit often it comes up no tickets available, but if I wait a bit, then the tickets become available. Sometimes I try the next day or two and good seats come up with the gold card password.
