Hello. I set this up for my sister, but neither her or I have an American Express Card. Here is the gist of our email conversation....

I clicked on that link, and it took me to a page for existing or new account holders, so I created an account for you. Your account number is xxxxxx, you login with your email: email@verizon.net, and your password is: xxxxxxx. Both case sensitive. Once logged in, you can click on the link to "contact them". Their customer service has always been helpful for me. It looks like you can still purchase them at 10 am on May 24, and that is still prior that the General Public. But, I would explain to them that you are not a card holder, and you are doing this for your kids, is there any way possible to purchase them now without AMEX? It's worked for me before.
