Good to see Staples is back with the Playo media being on sale, I'm down to my last case from the last sale. Pretty good media for non critical backups. Looks like there is no rebate this time, just $4.98 + tax. Time to scrounge up some coupons.
Microsoft Wireless 4000 Keyboard / Laser Mouse combo seems like a decent deal.

See there is a calc + free usb drive on sale.
have to wonder if this will be another hot deal with a cheap calc & more expensive PNY USB drive as in a recent past deal (got both for about $9 after tax and rebate)

I agree - thats an excellent price. I have the set and I love the keyboard (I don't use the mouse)
Nothing really special about this sale, no FAR. Thanks OP for your post.

A little off topic, but I'm lookin' at that desktop as well...
Do you notice any sort of lag while typing? I'm going to be using it as my primary (should i purchase it) keyboard, and would be gaming and the like...
I guess.. it's only $15 lol, so... no sweat if it doesn't work out too well...

Are these deals in store only, or are they offered online as well? Thanks in advance.
I was afraid that Staples had posted the ad in error. This weeks ad only lasts one week. This ad is 2 weeks away. Thanks for the links Sonnyisthinkn! Those high scan downloads are much better than the ones I saved from Staples.

If anyone is still interested I see the Navigon 2100 is on sale again for $119.... better then the last time with the 12% off (about $131 the last time)..
For those who might be curious how the higher resolution images come to be:
The ads are hosted on a server that does dynamic server-side image resizing. They are stored in full resolution on server, but when included in weekly listing, they are resized down, depending on what URL asked for. So, when Staples leaks ad early (and this is not the first time they did that), right click on image and select "View Image". You will get URL like this:
Replace 560.0.90.0 with 0.0.0.0 and you see the best resolution that there is to see. A useful trick to remember when you can't make out SKU or model number on the lower resolution image.

Its better when there are rebates because we can use coupons and make money!

I have the set and I love the keyboard (I don't use the mouse)The price is ok if you're gonna go office space on it, but the product is horrible. The mouse is uncomfortable, and the keyboard (at least mine) has lots of errors (keypresses often double or triple up, or release before I release). Maybe I have a bad keyboard. Don't try it for games which need multiple keys held down.
I wish they released the Natural Keyboard Pro again, that one is the best.
Staples has really cutback on the great deals compared to several years ago....oh well, things always change.

I may pick up that 500GB WD Hard drive. I'll have to research it. I wonder what the Warranty is.
I can't wait to get the Microsoft Wireless Laser Desktop 4000.

dont be shocked if you order the microsoft wireless desktop and find out its NOT the laser version. This happened last time they were on sale around Black Friday. People were sent the regular 4000 wireless desktop model.
Many good buys, on the ones with no mail in rebate, I am going to buy in a day or two then come back for the 14 day price guarantee. Some will go fast I think. Wish I would have known of these yesterday, I have a bunch of good coupons that died on the 6th.

Can we do another Crazy laptop deal with the Acer laptop and tax software titles free that are free after rebate ? Any thoughts are welcome.
Stapes at times has had different ads for various locations. However I have never been turned down at the one that had a different (higher) price, they matched it.

Darn I thought I was sleeping as I had seen the Playo on sale - Since there's no SER, I might pick up a couple tomorrow then return/rebuy as I'm low...
Also, thinking about the APC - for 20 i might need to replace my CC BF04 FAR special one - That was serial only and new box only has USB...

Just wanted to say thanks to OP and to sonnyisthinkN. I used the "SanDisk Ultra II 4GB SDHC" ad on page 4 for $29.98 and had CC PM. Plus I had a 10% off code that knocked the price down further.
To show my thanks, attached below is another one time use 10% off code for CC good thru the end of the weekend (2/10/08) on any purchase over $99. As usual, there are a bunch of T's and C's:
Offer excludes computers, music, movies, games, game hardware, Velodyne, Bose, Polk, Apple, Kicker, MTX Thunder, KEF, Outlet, firedog, services, Circuit City gift card purchases, and open box merchandise. Non stackable. Not good on shipping, delivery, tax and on select CC offers or the UPG.
Online at CircuitCity.com or by phone at 1-800-593-4250:

Does anybody know if the prices are good online too?
I bought the Bush Somerset Desk/Hutch for a great price. On Sunday when it went on sale online, there was an extra $60 off the already discount price ($10 off the desk, $50 off the hutch). As of tonight, there's only an extra $10 off the desk.
Desk Original Price: $339.98 Sale Price: $329.98 Total Savings: $10.00
Hutch Original Price $189.99. Sale Price: $139.99 Hutch Credit: $189.99 Total Savings: $239.99
$30 off $150 coupon applied
Summary (including 7.75% sales tax) Original price: $571.04 Price with all of the applied discounts: $239.35 Total savings: $331.69 (or 58% off)
GREAT DEAL!
On a side note, this is a very difficult item to put together. There are too many little pieces! However, it looks great once it's done!
