I have used 3 accounts with GCO over so far and each of the accounts got it. Mail came later today but it was available early today when I used GCO.

I think anyone who used GCO would get it.

Neither of my two accounts I use that get Buy spam has it. Then again, I pretty much delete their spam right away w/o reading it so maybe I deleted it anyway. Oh well, not even $20 off motivates me to want to deal with them.

Perhaps its your name then. Dubya has very low approval ratings. Even the mail automated system dont want to anything with him.
