Looking back at my rebates, it appears over the last month, a LOT of rebatestatus rebates have been going to Phoenix, AZ instead of Niagara Falls, NY. However, it appears most of them have the wrong zip code on them- 85702 (which is Tuscon) instead of <edit>85072</edit> ( which IS Phoenix). I don't know how the USPS handles misdirects, when the address appears Phoenix, AZ 85702? I would keep an eye on any rebates you may have sent to 85702, as none of mine sent over the past month or so have shown up yet. btw, it looks like they have caught their mistake now on some of their rebates.

Great catch, fishie74. Thanks for the heads up that there may be a typo in the ZIP Codes for recent CPG/rebatestatus rebate forms.

I was about to send in a rebate to CPG/rebatestatus at PO Box 52900 Phoenix, AZ
The zip on the rebate form cites the ZIP Code as 85702, just as fishie74 said.

When I use the USPS ZIP Code Lookup it tells me that the proper ZIP Code is 85072-2900. (Note: This is different from the 85027 that fishie74 wrote.)
When I look back on rebates that I sent in the past to that same PO Box address in Phoenix, AZ, they all went to 85072, so that seems to confirm it for me.

Thanks very much, fishie74, for raising this. I think your subs to 85702 will eventually make it to right destination. Otherwise, can simply call and resubmit.
