almost samething here. i applied and got the card, tried to contact their CS, but no one knew about it. it might be that the distributor wanna get commision and provided fake info. that's why im digging for the website to figure it out.
it's so wired that the deal info here was deleted.

They send DHL but DHL handed it off to the USPS to actually be delivered, so it took a day longer to actually receive it.
