This means that much of the money you pay back will simply cease to exist. Also, many banks are underwater (negative real reserves) so even if you deposit some money, they still can't loan out cash yet until they get their heads above water. Granted, your deposits get them closer to that point.

That's what China does, it loans us tons of $$ so we can buy more Chinese stuff.

It's made in China, but China doesn't get most profit from them because most made in China products are branded by USA/Japan/Korean/Taiwan etc. China only get resource pay including nature and human.

is it rent and paycheck? also why do ppl complain bout china?

You do not qualify for an economic stimulus payment

You also don't qualify for a stimulus payment if you were foolish enough to have the proper amount withheld from your pay so you don't owe any Federal Tax (your Stimulus Payment is for $xxx, up to the amount of your Federal Tax Liability). First time in the last 20 years that I don't owe any Federal Tax, and I'm getting screwed for it!

There were notices to file your tax return anyway so you could get your stimulus check. 1040EZ that you could fill out yourself would have done the trick.
