In regards to the 19" Sceptre LCD for $250 after coupon - I cannot find proof of existence of any 19" LCD HDTV ever made by Sceptre... any help?

Has anyone found out a way to get these booklets yet? We've been members for 5 years and have never received one - my in-laws get them every time. I've talked to the people in the store and they say they can't do anything. At least half of the time they don't have the booklets available in-store and I've even been denied them at customer service while they were in plain view behind the counter! The last one I had I found in my shopping cart and then the store didn't carry any of the products I would have bought. Conveniently, they carried two of them right after the expiration.

Sorry for the rant.

Please, check if they have the correct address on file; they were sending them to my old address for couple of years; you can also get a raincheck, if the item is not available, as advertised. - RN

Somebody just mentioned it correctly, check your address on file. we had similar problem. There was a customer service link on costco.com that we filled and we got a bookled in mail. After that we get it everytime.

I went to the customer service counter and they filled out a form on the computer and now I get one all the time

Where in the "customer service" section is this link? I cannot find it.

I think I have the bottom one. I use it for a 47" LCD Vizio. The installation was work, but the mount came with so many extra mounting bolts of all sizes, and the instructions were very clear.
