Thanks, OP. BTW, Frugal Freak, I think people are having a problem with your quotation: it appears that you are making a statement, rather than providing useful information. It is alarming and inflammatory. You should probably edit/amend it, or apologize. |

Dear copyright agent:
On behalf of CVS Pharmacy, Inc. (“CVS”), I write to notify you of infringements of CVS’s intellectual property rights on your website, iheartcvs.com.

Sincerely,
OpSec Security Group, Inc What is the point of this post? You are posting a letter from March, today is May 20. First off this thread contains NO link to anything. It simply tells people there is a legitimate coupon in the LI Newsday, date and page. CVS sent that letter re: hosted scans on websites that did not link directly to CVS or it's partner advertiser-like a newspaper which had an online e-edition available with the coupon. There is nothing wrong with people accessing the coupon legitmately from the newspaper site and again, I have no clue what the point of your post is as it pertains to this thread regarding LI Newsday/CVS ad coupon. |

The point is: duplicating them is not legal no matter where you get it or what day of the year. Besides, those coupons are regional for new stores and markets in local distribution area, not the entire country. |

Besides, those coupons are regional for new stores and markets in local distribution area, not the entire country. 1. Printing it off directly from the newspaper website certainly is legit as it's a paid advertisement by CVS intended for that very purpose. They could easily put a "VOID" across the coupon if they didn't want it to be used for online printout. 2. Unless the coupon specifically lists the restrictions you mentioned, a news paper coupon is valid at any CVS. There is no mention about a new store grand opening or any such language. Please stop creating your own rules and applying them to us at Fat Wallet with regard to this thread. |

I agree. This coupon is not region specific. There was a NY specific coupon earlier which was truly region specific and did not work elsewhere. This one does work. If CVS really wanted it to be a very restricted coupon, they'd track who is using it and how many times. They can also restrict one use per card. But they don't. Trust me, even if you use this coupon in every transaction, CVS still is in profit. |

My stores will not let me use expired coupons and now the standard 4off20 coupon seems to be gone as well. |

Give your email on CVS.com and they send you 4 off 20 in no time. Am i missing something. I plan to use the 4 off 20 once my CVS stops taking the 5 off 15. |

I've used attempted coupons at CVS before, and they've honored them. Maybe they just like me? Nah, nobody likes me, ha ha. |
