If you got a Dell_5GB Pocket DJ from Fry's_$30 deal and it won't charge up:
1) The manual on the included CD says that it can't be charged from a USB if the battery is more than 75% discharged. An AC charger must be used. They're not lying.
2) There is no AC adapter/charger included in the box.
3) A universal wall charger with a USB connection will not do the job. I tried.
4) An AC wall charger for a Zen Micro has the correct connector and it WILL do the job. I got one for $4.00 shipped off_eBay. It came yesterday and the Pocket DJ charged up in about 3 hours. A nice, cheap fix for something that really shouldn't have been a problem in the first place.
With all of the green the OP has received, I am sure there is an explainable misunderstanding at work here. But, I ordered the 20GB DJ through Creative and the Zen Micro Charger will NOT work with this unit. Please make note of this if you plan on ordering one.
