Post your GREAT bed deals here - so that others can get a match!

I originally made this a thread asking about whether somebody got a great deal on a very specific bed and to PM me. I got no replies, and maybe not surprised. I've since bought the W Bed. But I think I'll change this to something that might just have lasting value to the community.

In the process of bed shopping, I realized that although it is difficult to get retailers to price match against other stores (mattress comparisons are obfuscated by different models often with nuanced differences) it's very often possible to get them to match a prior deal of a "friend of yours" at the SAME store. Sleep Train for example will match and better by 5%.

So here's my idea.

If you got a great deal on a bed, please post the specifics of the deal:

Manufacturer:
Size:
Model:
Retailer:
Price:
Approximate Location:
Anything else:

Then, if other users see a great deal they want they can PM you and you all can figure out what kind of information you want to share just w/ that PM (for example, some stores may just need a transaction ID, others may want phone number and name and such. As / if this succeeds, we can later record which retailers need what in the Summary.

I would love to let you fellow FWers do my negotiating, alright haggling, for me, since many of you are awesome negotiators!

Let's see where this goes!
