After months of trying to get an answer, I got the form letter saying that eBay determines the eligibility and they have denied me. It's not a big amount but it's my money and i want it now! haha. I'm going to have to call eBay now and complain and see what the heck if anything eBay did to make MS deny me. I got 2 previous CB without problems for bigger amounts and I've been waiting for this payment for the past 4 months.

Ok...I recently made a purchase at T-Mobile of a prepaid cell phone after going through bing to get the 35% CashBack. I saw the "bing CashBack" banner on T-Mobile's site when I added the item to my cart....after I clicked the "submit order" button I got an error from T-Mobile saying the transaction could not be completed but 5 minutes later I got an email from T-Mobile with my order confirmation and a few days later I received the phone. I've sent 3 different emails over a roughly 3 week period detailing the situation, the order # and copies of the emails from T-Mobile using the contact us form on bing along with listing the previous incident #'s I'd filed. To date I've had zero response so my question is how do I escalate this?

I got screwed in the end, even after reporting to BBB. MS just kept saying the same thing over and over, but when I would refute the specific points, they would ignore my response and say the same original thing again, which should already have been proven invalid by that point. I got scammed out of $200, end of day.

I am so pissed!

After waiting 60 days for Bing CashBack from 6 eBay purchases, I got the typical 'failed deposit' paypal scam from microsoft.

I complained to the Washington State AG, BBB, and FTC.

My case got asigned to a Bing Escalation person and then got denied due to purchase 'returned/cancelled'.

They were not returned/cancelled!
Obviously, this is a scam from Microsoft since they can't figure out how to make the paypal deposit.

We need a class action lawsuit and news media coverage, otherwise, Microsoft will just pick us off, one by one.

I agree with you. We definitely need a class action lawsuit. I too was denied CashBack after waiting 60 days to claim. They said my purchase was intended for business use because I bought so many pairs of Uggs. I also got the "refunded, returned, cancelled" excuse as well.

I have had the same problem. I purchased watches from Ashford.com and earned Cash Back of $2531.00, they approved my CashBack. However while I cashed out my check through paypal, I sent it to my nephew's paypal account. (Since I am uncomfortable using paypal) He already has a bing Cash Back account, so now they are denying it saying that it s a violation of Section 17. I dont see how it is a violation, its my money I can choose who gets the money, it is not their business what I do with it. This is just plain fraud. I am soo pissed with bing CashBack, it has been a total pain in the butt. First they asked me to prove I am a us resident after I did that now this. Looks like this is a bait and screw by bing. This is ridiculous, I will defnitely complain about this to the BBB and I will go on every forum/blog and talk about this if i have to.
