Is there a way to find out which BING account is linked to your eBay account?

It is linked to Paypal.
If you have more than one eBay it makes no diff.

I checked out thru paypal and at the end I got a "server error" and the message said the transcation didn't go thru. However, I logged into paypal and the amount was deducted. And I also got an email from the seller to confirm that he got my order and recevied the money. However, bing hasn't have record posted for the transcation yet, how many days does it usually take to post on bing? I wonder if my CashBack is screwed by this "server error"

Did you get the "You're eligible for Microsoft CashBack" message on your eBay account? If not contact eBay customer service.
This wasn't your first bing with eBay transaction was it?

May take up to 2 days to get the confirmation. You're fine if Order details shows the CashBack logo. Wait 2 days and then file a claim.
If transaction indeed did not get through, ask the seller to redo transaction. No worries.

So for question 18 in the wicki. Is it still correct? Does that allow you to get past the 20 purchase limit?

FYI, I got a nastygram about violating terms by maintaining multiple accounts. I had one bing/live account in my personal and one with my work email early on, before I started "inventing" people with their own eBay/live/paypal accounts... so it looks like they are cracking down on people who use two bing CashBack accounts to circumvent the $2500 limit. It will still be damn near impossible to track them though if you use significantly different name/addy information when setting up the bing account. Talk about closing the barn door after the horse.

Talk about closing the barn door after the horse.I got an email about this too a couple of weeks ago (subject="Ineligibility to Participate in Microsoft Ecommerce Program"). It said in part "it appears that you have maintained more than one CashBack account resulting in payout amounts exceeding the limit of $2500.00 per calendar year." Funny thing is that the only calendar year I exceeded the limit was 2008, not too much activity in 2009.

Received one yesterday. Maybe my second account being unused for over a year has something to do with it. Since, both my accounts are closed, I guess I am done. Has anyone been able to reopen a new account?

Today I received three consecutive emails stating that Bing cancelled three payments totaling $100 for the following reason "The store notified us that the purchase has been returned, exchanged, or canceled, or is ineligible per the Microsoft Service Agreement (Section 17)."

I was about to email Bing notifying them that an error occurred, but before I could, a few hours later, the three payments were made to my paypal account. I quickly deposited them to my bank account.

Now my bing account history looks like a mess...these three transactions are still showing as canceled despite being paid, there are some duplicate transactions that "failed". The purchase dates are also incorrect. It looks like something went wrong at Bing and they are trying to correct the mistakes. I have not had problems with Bing previously.

Question...I had a few hundred in CashBack from 2008 (can not go back that far, will only let me go back 250 transactions) and it says I have gotten $2,550 in total CashBack already (including 2008). I know a few hundred of the $2,550 is from 2008 but i also have about $500 in pending. Am I guaranteed to get the $500 or will it stop whenever I reach $2,500 in 2009?

Thanks!!

The $2,500 is a yearly (calendar year) cap but it's apparently based on when the CashBack is earned not when it's actually paid.
