I have also been sending in receipts since February. I always get an email indicating that my receipts were received and the gift cards are in the mail. Nothing received to date. I am going to try calling them today. I doubt we will ever receive anything since we know many of us have sent in the required paperwork and have received nothing.

I just got done calling the customer service line. I sent in my April receipts and asked when I would be receiving my $25 gift card. I was told it takes 10 to 12 weeks to receive each card. Seems like a lot of time to wait for a lousy $25 gift card.

We also received our $500 "free groceries" voucher from Legacy Rooms Express and have been waiting since January to get one of these cards. We have complained, in writing, to the furniture store corporate office last month - they left us a message on our voice mail that we would receive our January & February gift cards "within a week" - but of course, we have received nothing. We filed a complaint with the Arizona Attorney General (Consumer Affairs) and also with the Better Bus Bureau in Arizona. Both complaints can be filed online and I recommend that everyone who is having this experience with claimyourgroceries.com or other companies that are run by BBZ Resource Management, file complaints also. No one is regulating these kinds of companies - and our lovely furniture stores and car dealerships that give out these vouchers pay 2 - 4 cents on the dollar for them, if that. I feel really cheated. We bought a TV last year and the ONLY reason we bought it was because Mitsubishi was offering us free gas and the furniture store offered us free groceries. Well, the first .com gas voucher company is now being investigated for fraud by the Florida Attorney General, so we never got any gas cards. Then Mitsubishi sent us info and a new voucher for claimyourgas.com - but unfortunately, this new one is the same as claimyourgroceries.com and we aren't getting any gift cards from them. If you know business law, you should know that you CAN file a small claims suit against the company that gave you the "free groceries" (or gas). If you relied on their promise to purchase something and then they do not stand by their promise, it hurt you financially. It's called "promissory estoppel" (legal term). The way I see it, Legacy Rooms Express and Mitsubishi owe us $1,100 - that's what we expected in return for our puchase and they haven't complied with their end of the bargain - and that's fraud, plain and simple. As David Horowitz would say: FIGHT BACK, AMERICA! Don't let anyone - ANYONE - rip you off.

Thanks to all the above postings. I was just about to get one of these certificates on eBay for $50 and wanted to read few reviews about them. So i googled and landed up here to realize i was SAVED from making a big blunder. It is not only the money but also the effort and time when wasted makes us more frustrated. Also please post if there is any good news about them. I will also pass the information in forums i know of so that others also can be saved.

This is an update. We filed a Better Bus Bureau complaint on the 14th and claimyourgroceries.com called us this morning to say that our THREE gift cards they owe us would be mailed tomorrow. So filing with the BBB seems to get immediate results, whereas emails to them have gone unresolved since March. I will post again when - and if - I actually receive the three gift cards.

Another update. Got an email today from some new company called incentiveinternational.com The BBB has no rating or listing for this company. They have a brand-spankin' new website. Apparently, instead of getting gift cards from our specific store, they are now sending everyone VISA gift cards that have to be activated with a pin number. They emailed us the pin number. Also, apparently when you call to activate your card, they try to sell you other things. They are targeting business to advertise with them for this service. They also will be mailing the gift cards in an envelope full of more advertising and they are targeting business to buy into that, too. Their new website claims to have "counsel on site" - so they have house attorneys to make certain they are complying with the law when they do what they do - or don't do. I'll see what happens, if I get the cards, and how difficult it is to activate them and then use them. Still don't know if everything I've gone through with this program has been worth it. It doesn't seem that we will ever get the $500 "free" groceries we were promised.

Anybody else have any luck w/ receiving their cards recently? Also, anybody know any other sites ran by these people? So far I have:

claimyourgroceries.com
claimyourgas.com
claimyourmerchandise.com

Like many here, was considering doing this but looks like it might be too much of a headache.

Update: Finally received 2 Visa gift cards today for $25 each. These are from Jan & Feb grocery receipts. The letter claims they are replacement cards so I don't know what happened to any original cards they sent. When I went to activate them, the activation code (which is the last 4 digits of my phone number) would not be accepted. So I called the customer service number and they said since they are replacement cards, my name is not shown on the card and they gave me a special 4 digit number to activate them. It worked.

So now the real test will be when I try to buy something. My letter says something about gas cards and these are supposed to be for groceries. When I asked them about that, they said that due to the economy, they made them as Visa gift cards so they could be used for anything. Now that was nice!

This is a pain in the butt to monitor everything, but I am really determined I am going to get my full $500 worth.

I received three VISA gift cards today in the mail for $25 each - that was for Jan. Feb. & March grocery receipts. We used Costco as our store of choice but we can't used these VISA cards at Costco in the store OR for gas.The cards have to be used as "credit" cards and Costco doesn't accept credit cards. I have to try to use them somewhere else. I do shop at other grocery stores because we only go to Costco once a month - so if the VISA gift cards work at the other stores, then I'll accept that. However, since claimyourgroceries.com advertises this program as a "loyalty" program and they make you pick a specific store to use, they SHOULD supply gift cards that can be spent at the store of your choice. Not much loyalty involved in sending in receipts for Costco but having to spend the gift cards elsewhere. I'm still leary about how this will work and it was SUCH a hassle to get this far - but I did get $75 from them - finally - so I'll give it a chance. Good luck to anyone using this program. Oh - someone asked about what other names this company is using: the blanket company is BBZ Resource Management and their NEW name is now incentiveinternational.com

After months of hassle I finally received one $25 card. Oddly enough, it was a fuel credit card and the activation code didn't work. It was supposed to be my phone number that they had on file. After more complaints they sent me a few activation codes to try. They also claimed that there were TWO credit cards in the envelope, not one, thus they didn't owe me one from January. The letter in the envelope was also strange: "Here's is your replacement fuel card."

After more complaints, they said my next card was in the mail and would be there in two days. A week later, they said there was a mistake and it would be two more weeks. Oddly enough they sent me the exact same "Whoops, we made a mistake...it will be two more weeks" e-mail that the had send me the month before!

We just purchased a bedroom set from Beck's in Sacramento today. We also received $600 credit with claimyourgroceries.com. I figured it'd be a jump through hoops kind of rebate, but it sounds like ultimately, you will get your gift card. Although I haven't read if anyone had trouble spending them? Also, who knows where this company will be in 2 years (length of my credit). Any tips and suggestions for starting out using this program? Also, on Beck's info packet, it says to print the vouchers off of valuebuzz.com. My McAfee Siteadvisor doesn't have that site as a green site (it's not red either, so not necessarily unsafe). Thanks!

update: I got an email from "Nadine" telling me that my February card was put in the mail on May 13th. It is June 1st now and I have received nothing. Anyone else with updates? Anybody ever got the $25? This whole thing sort of takes on a class-action thing in my mind.

We were able to spend our VISA gift cards at Vons and Stater Bros with no problems, so the cards do work. I was emailed a pin # by Brittney Milan from IncentiveInternational.com in order to activate the cards before using. I didn't have the problems that other people are having as far as pin numbers not working..etc. but remember, I filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so they were actually responding to that complaint, not to my personal requests. We have a gas voucher for $600, too - same company - so we are now sending in gas AND grocery receipts to them. My husband and I don't think we will see the full $1,100 from both programs...but the stores/companies who issued us the vouchers will hopefully be held liable for the balance we didn't get. Another battle to be fought for another day. I am not familiar with Beck's Furniture but have not heard of printing vouchers on Valuebuzz. We registered our original voucher on the website claimyourgroceries.com and printed our vouchers from there - same with the claimyourgas.com program, though the latter only lets us print out one voucher at a time.

I'm still waiting for my 1st $25 card from February which I submitted the 2nd week of February. I call the phone # as noted from previous post and was told the card was sent to me 5/20. HMMM?? Never got it. She said she would sent a replacement one. I paid $90 for this voucher on eBay. I'm hoping to get 4 cards and I'm leaving this stupid program.
