Just found out I need a new set of tires for my 2006 Malibu LT. Costco was having an insane rebate thing awhile ago, but it ended in May. Any current good deals? I'm in the Seattle area.

http://www.fatwallet.com/forums/hot-deals/922025/ The "HIdden" $60 rebate: Call 800-847-3435 and hit "1" (because you are a consumer) and then "0" three times to get an operator. Ask to have a Friends of Michelin rebate form mailed to you - you will get a rebate coupon for $60 dollars off of a set of 4 tires from Michelin purchased from 3/16/09 to 10/31/09. It is valid for light truck or passenger tires only.
Sam's Club currently has a $70 rebate on Michelin tires ( expires July 5 ?) . I suspect that shortly after this expires , Sam's or Costco will offer rebates on BF Goodrich tires .
I'm shopping for tires too and here is what I've found...
Pepboys has "Buy 3 get 4th tire free" deal (6/21 - 7/19)
Discount Tire / America's Tire has $70 off for Michelin or BF Goodrich I believe you can combine with the "Friends of Michelin" $60 rebate mentioned by clharrison above.
FireStone Auto Care has buy 3 get 1 free for Firestone's FR710 tire.
Discount Tire, at least their local stores, have a $70 rebate on a set of four Michelins or Goodriches, and Pep Boys may still have their 4 for the price of 3 sale (excludes their Cornell house brand but not their Futura and Destiny). Pep Boys uses Parago for their rebates, and delivery for me was seven weeks after I mailed my submission.

Tire Kindgom is offering 60% off selected brands of tires from August 21-24. This may be worth checking out.
