The two that I've used that are both of good quality are the Oxo and Zyliss. The Oxo has a big push knob at the top and the Zyliss has a pulley type string kind of like a yo-yo. You might check out Ross or Marshalls/TJ Maxx or go to Bed, Bath, & Beyond and use a 20% coupon.
We got a cheap one (maybe $5) at one of those kitchen factory outlet places. It's not the prettiest or most elegant to use (you spin it like you would wind up a non-retractable tape measures) but it's cheap.
