I recently needed to exchange a motherboard from Tiger direct because the original was DOA. I ordered the 1st time through Bing and got CashBack. Tiger Direct told me that they needed to do a refund and reorder and that it would not affect the CashBack. Now my CashBack has been canceled. Tiger Direct now says that the man I spoke with was mistaken. Anyone else know if Bing would give me the CashBack. I sent them an email with all the info inclluding the order number of the reorder showing that I ordered the Exact Same product.

Based on what i know of our Cash Back system, you are probably out of luck. If they re-ordered, then it bypasses the affiliate program, and is charged as a "direct order". Cancel the current order, and re-order it again.
