Can someone tell me what I'm doing incorrectly? I clicked on the Overstock banner in Bing ... but I'm showing 12%CB not 20%. Where do I put in the key word? In the search box? That's what I've been trying. Appreciate any help as I need a high end item I've been watching.

12% is correct, that is the amount listed in the OP, not sure where you're getting the 20% amount from unless you looked at the wrong line.
Tape said:I didn't receive bing cash from my order VisionDirect.com.
Been waiting for close to 2 weeks for CB from Vision Direct myself. Very hard to contact bing as well since their contact form has been down for a while.....
I love to see these side by side Cash Back comparisons between Fatwallet and Bing. It just shows how much Fatwallet has made from this site over the years.

not necessarily schuman,
it could very well be that bing is kicking in some of their own dough to finance this and/or they've negotiated a different tier level than Fat Wallet.
let's face it, Microsoft has alot more clout/money than Fat Wallet Inc. But I'd still urge folks to support FW where possible even it means a little less Cash Back from time to time. we all benefit greatly from these boards, something bing certainly doesn't offer us.

If you are buying a high ticket item. I would do a Bing search for all stores in which sells the item you are looking for, plus do a search for the actual item.
Example: Store Seach: Overstock - will return only Overstock.com Item Search: Rolex Watch - will return everyone who sells Rolex watches and their Bing CashBack % reward
Remember to click on the link with the Bing CashBack icon.
If you are still having trouble ask for help on the forum. There are many good people @ Fatwallet who will help you out!
Try going to bing.com/CashBack log on to your CashBack account, and on the left side menu click contact us. Select the best question that is close to your problem, and they will respond quickly. They solved my problem fast. I was very surprised at how fast and courteous they were.
Also make sure under settings in your account that all info is correct, and if you chose payment by PayPal that your correct PayPal email address is in the Reward Method tab in Settings.
for feebay, is there still a cap on how many transactions you can do if you use a keyword?
bah, here's the answer: The Microsoft Bing CashBack Program provides CashBack for up to 20 qualifying purchases per account on www.eBay.com. The amount of CashBack will be determined by eBay, specified at the time of checkout on the "purchase review page" and equal to a percentage of the sale price (excluding shipping and handling fees, insurance fees and other such fees) ("CashBack Rewards"). The maximum amount of CashBack Rewards per qualifying purchase is $200.00 USD. In addition, all CashBack Rewards (including CashBack Rewards earned in connection with purchases made on websites other than www.eBay.com) are subject to the annual $2,500.00 per person cap set forth in the Program Terms.
