Found this portable power unit for sale in Kmart. Mixed reviews on Amazon. It has a USB and 110V AC output (limited to 20W).

My Kmart had them for $8. I'm still waiting for it to go lower so I can return/rebuy.Of course, I've wasted a ton of gas going there every week to check for the price drop.
