Just search for WalMart and on the left hand side there will be a link to the CashBack. Once you click it it shows 10%. Thanks OP, finally have a reason to use that $10 e-gift card from the gaming pre-order fiasco last year!!!

It brings me to the 10% Bing Cash Back / Login in screen but then immediately forwards me to the WalMart site without allowing me to login into my Bing a/c.
How does my Bing a/c get credit if I don't log in?

I guess you have to use Explorer, I tried with Opera and got same message.
I didn't go through the 10% as it didn't allow me to login to Bing. It went straight to WalMart after the initial Bing 10% (so I didn't know whose account earns the 10%).
So I used Bing direct (5%). Received only 2%, e-mailed Bing and they credited me with the 3% difference in just a few days.
Just e-mail Bing and have them adjust to at least 5%.
I know Bing.com T&C prohibit CB on any Gift Card purchases, but has anyone purchased gift cards and yet got the CB? (Not just walmert but from any store on which Bing is/was offerring CB)?

Trust me, I know, unfortunately. I have still not got it reopened.
