I think instant discounts are fine, it is only manual coupons that are supposed to be problematic.
Yesterday I got in on the Dell XBox Elite deal with a 15% discount coupon code and still got my Bing CB email, so it is probably YMMV on manual coupons.

No instructions, can't be done.

where did you find the 15% coupon and xbox Elite? I can't even find an xbox elite on the website anywhere, just the old PRO they are still asking $299 for

Dell Small Business has 23" Samsung 2333SW LCD Monitor for $229, but you buy 2 you get one free. That is $460 for 3 monitors AND use BING and get 15% off that. That is about $130 per monitor. Amazon has them for $236 each.

Where do you find the details of Cash Back for Dell, or any other vendor? It's especially confusing when bing indicates Cash Back of 2%-10%.
You are notified of any CashBack in the form of an email to the address you supplied when you signed up!

I am also trying to figure this out. I get 7% discount with EPP. If it works for both Home and Business it should be valid with EPP. Any thoughts on it.

That's because the Elite sold out quite quickly with the Bing deal. Deal is probably listed under Expired Deals forum.

I don't think so. EPP/MPP is considered a different department and website. Since you cannot click through to it from the Dell/Bing landing page it probably doesn't qualify.
EDIT: More proof - the FatWallet Cash Back page for Dell says no Employee Purchase Program. You can assume Bing runs on similar terms.

So... Do I go with this: ASUS G51X-A1 Quad Core which will be 1899.90 with the Blu-Ray Multi Drive, or an Alienware like this for $2224 and get 15% CB to bring it to $1890.40?

Same issue here. Went to Dell through the Bing link, purchased the item, confirmed it was an eligible purchase, purchase never showed up on Bing and they told me there was no record. I'm surprised Microsoft appears to be running a scam...
