I came across this deal in Ebay. Further search found this: trak. I can easily spend $200 each month in Costco, so this would be free money for me. But I just feel there is something fishy. looks like scam to me. Anyone has any experiences or thoughts?

My guess is that when you have 29 terms and conditions, it's pretty easy to miss one and not qualify.
