Well, considering I NEVER had a problem with getting my FW CashBack posted or paid vs. having to wait 6 months for bing to fix their problems with depositing eBay BIN CB to my paypal, I'd say for me it's FW 1 Bing 0.
Today is September 27th 2009. On Saturday September 26th I cashed out all my available credits from BING and FW to my paypal account.
As of Sunday on September 27th I have already received my CashBack from BING...it took them less than a day.
Bing 1...FW 0My small observation:
You requested a payment on Saturday, and your payment was processed on Monday. Less than one business day.
I'm not sure how you handicap the scoring of a game where one participant is a ubiquitous presence valued at $76 Billion or so, but I'd bet we're at least tied.
