Has anyone used the Lasko ceramic tower heater, model 755320? My roomie had one a couple winters ago, and ended up replacing it 3 times before he finally gave up and went with a different heater for his bedroom. A friend just picked up one of these the other day, which I endorsed because it has a number of good reviews (this was before the roomie reminded me which heater he'd had).
I'm just wondering if perhaps Lasko had a bad batch or if anyone else has had any issues.
I've used the pedestal one before and it was awesome. Reliable, and off the floor so no threat to a carpeted apartment floor. I'm looking at the Lasko 5395 and 5365 and trying to decide and buy today, looks like its either Amazon or Buy.com... .
