A while back I bought three Lowepro Messenger Factor M Notebook Cases from Froobie for $20 each. The bags were advertised on HotDeals as fitting up to 15.4” laptops. They sent me three bags that fit up to 14” laptops. I called their support number and never received a call back. I emailed maybe a dozen times. Still nothing. Opinion please, was this buyer beware or was I ripped off by Froobie?

Call your credit card company and file a chargeback.

jayK thank you so much for reminding me of this. Here I was getting more and more pissed off at these people. Now I'm happy, or at least content. And I got my money back. Thanks again, Al
If you disputed with your cc, you probably only got a temporary charge back. If Froobi responds to the cc company and proves they shipped the item to you, the charge will probably reappear.
