What type of gift cards did you purchase? I would think they would only cancel an account if fraud was involved. Fraud detection is featured on the microsoft merchant site as a benefit in participating in Bing; once fraud is detected, they will notify all merchants that have done business with the perpetrator through bing.

It appears no more WalMart 10% Bing Cash Back any more. Tried following: "WalMart" "Acer Netbook" "D90" "Garmin Nuvi"
Seems like 10% is over for now. Anyone has any updates, please post.
Keep refreshing it. I used paypal to pay and didn't get any sign of CashBack. It's not like eBay so how to you know CashBack is working when your on WalMart.com??? I messed up somewhere I guess.

Last week for 10% CashBack at Sears, I had to refresh and log off and refresh over 25 times. Kept bringing up 2-8% which I did not want. Bing CashBack showed up my 10% yesterday after 6 days from purchase and says pending.
When you get the right search term the screen will dim and say something like "Transfering you to WalMart. Your CashBack for this session will be %10. Then you're on the site and any one thing you purchase will get a %10 CashBack in your Bing CashBack account.
Then they send you an email about the CashBack and you log on to your Bing CashBack account and it will list all your CashBack and will say pending for the latest. After various days they will credit your PayPal account or you can request a check be sent.
Last November PayPal ripped me off for $150 on a purchase on eBay of a computer system. Said seller used a 3rd party pay system, not Paypal. Not true but they wouldn't budge. That was when CashBack on eBay was like 25-30%.

I just logged on to Bing and did a search for WalMart Acer and got the 10% CashBack! Here's a pic of what the log-on looks like:
