Best place to get lenses for glasses if I have my own frame. in: Recommendation Needed

I am looking for plano lens (no prescription) with AR, UV, and scratch.
I am in los angeles. I'd either do it locally or send the frame.

ummm .. Sam's Club or Wal-Mart?

i don't recommend polycarbonate for strong prescriptions

interesting. Anyone do it online. I know about replacealens.com but they charge $60.
