Pick up the last one in Fremont ca. Good resolution and size. However, at check out, they charge me $16 for recycling. Never heard that before. Is it apply for all TV and monitors? Still look a good deal to me.

I don't get that when I purchase my LCD TV from Sears last month. Can I ask for the refund of $16?
